Remote help for families

Phone help from someone you trust.

Share your screen. See where to tap. Stay in control.

  • Only a relative you already paired can help
  • They can point — they cannot take over the phone
  • You approve every session and can end it at any time

How it works

Phone help in four simple steps

KinHelp is for the moments when a parent is stuck on a phone setting, an app, or a form — and a trusted relative can guide them, live.

1

Ask for help

One large button. The person who needs help calls a trusted relative already saved on the phone.

2

Approve a trusted relative

Every session needs a clear yes. Nobody joins in the background, and nobody you did not pair can get in.

3

They see your screen

You can talk first. Then you share the whole screen so they see exactly what you see.

4

Follow their tap markers

They tap their phone to place a marker on yours. You press it. They never remotely control the device.

You stay in control. End the session at any time.

First step

The first setup is best done together

Sit next to your parent, pair your phones, and do the first session together.

Then you can help from anywhere.

Two roles, one family

Built for the person who needs help — and the person who gives it

I sometimes need help

Share your screen with a trusted family member. They show you where to tap. You keep using the phone yourself.

I help my family

See the shared screen and point to the right place. View only — you cannot control their phone.

Safety

Helpful by design. Safe by default.

KinHelp is made so help cannot be mistaken for a scam. Access is narrow, visible, and always on purpose.

  • Only trusted, paired relatives
  • Every session needs approval
  • No background or unattended access
  • End help at any time
  • A helper’s number must already be in your contacts

Questions

What families usually ask

Can the helper control the phone?

No. The helper can see the screen and place tap markers. Only the person holding the phone can press anything.

Do we have to be in the same room?

Only for the first pairing. Sit together once, pair the phones, and try a session. After that, help can work from another city — or another country.

What if a stranger pretends to be family?

A session cannot start unless you already paired that person, and unless their number is saved in the contacts on the phone that needs help. KinHelp will not tell anyone how to add a contact during a scam.

Is this only for Android?

Yes. KinHelp is an Android app for both the person who needs help and the family helper.

Get the app

Install KinHelp on both phones

The person who needs help and the helper each install the same app, then pair once.
